It's a recently refurbished and nicely appointed hotel with above average breakfasts. The property has got a great restaurant.

Liked our time here. It was a great stay for the weekend. The staff was superfriendly, provided a smooth check-in and a friendly check-out. The breakfast was warm and super - a wide range of dishes.

The king room with king beds had all necessary amenities. The pool was great, the staff here was very professional.

Stayed here for short stay and can recommend it. The king room was wonderful and new-fashioned. The staff was nice and a good hot breakfast was provided. The food was reasonably priced and there were lots of dishes in the menu.

My stay at The Grand Hotel At Coushatta was fantastic. The room was clean and well-maintained with a great view. I was pleasantly surprised by the quick and easy check-in process, allowing me to settle in even earlier than expected. The highlight of my stay was definitely the new water park, which provided hours of fun for me and my family. The park was clean, the water was clear, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bartender also deserves a special mention for making excellent drinks. Additionally, the casino at the hotel offered a great gaming experience with a wide variety of slots. I had a wonderful time at The Grand Hotel At Coushatta and would highly recommend it.

They are always friendly and helpful. The room is always pleasant and comfortable. The people at the desk try to help any way they can. They always seem to want to make my stay fun.

There wasn't anything that I can think of that I didn't like. I do wish it was nearer the casino but I have no complaint about the Inn itself.

Everything was accessible and all employees were friendly and helpful from the valet, desk clerk and the and bell persons..

I am handicapped and our room was a long way from the elevator. Next time we will request a handicap room if they have any. I noticed there were a lot of handicapped persons in the Casino but I do not know if they were staying in the hotel.

Proximity to casino, professional staff, great atmosphere, plenty of gaming areas, wide selection of slots, Starbucks at entrance.

It was all superb.

the rooms are very close to the casino so I can stay and play while my spouse watches tv or naps

Friendly staff from checking in to the housekeeping staff. Clean room and confortable and quite.

Beautiful, clean room connected to the casino. Quiet and comfy for a peaceful sleep. Polite and helpful staff. Will definitely return.
